St. Joseph’s Hospital – ICT Offices

Custy Construction Ltd completed a full internal refurbishment of existing office spaces, constructed a new building to link two existing wards and completed external and internal finishes and fittings in 2018 for the HSE. Working within a live hospital required dust and noise protection screens and daily monitoring.

The scope of works included:

• Reconfiguration of the existing internal floor plan and layout,
• Installation of new electrical fittings and fixtures,
• Installation of new mechanical fittings and fixtures,
• Construction of new link building, complete with high standard of internal and external finishes,
• Supply and installation of new internal and external wall completions,
• New internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
• All ancillary site works and service alterations.
