Londis Darragh
Custy Construction Ltd completed a full internal shop fit-out of an existing retail store for McNamee’s Londis in 2020. The retail shop is located in Darragh, Co. Clare. The shop remained open throughout the entire project and very little inconvenience was felt by staff and customers.
The scope of works included:
- Installation of dust and noise screens during demolition works,
- Demolition of large internal wall to enlarge existing shop floor area,
- Evening work for large elements of work to ensure no distribution,
- Blocking up existing external and internal window and door opes,
- Installation of new shop front glazing and sliding doors,
- Reconfiguration of the existing shop floor,
- Installation of new electrical fittings throughout,
- Installation of new ventilation system,
- New floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout,
- Installation of new retail shelving, signage, counters, deli stands etc.
- All ancillary site works and service alterations.
