Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing school located on Roxboro Road, Co. Limerick. This project was completed in April 2024.

The scope of works to the existing three-storey primary school building included the construction of lift towers, installation of lifts, single-storey extension, new main entrance, internal refurbishment works throughout, new roof finish, external insulation, new glazed units, mechanical and electrical retrofit, external works. The gross internal floor area of 2,174m2.
