Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for a new social housing development located on a green field site in Feakle, Co. Clare. This project was completed in September 2019 and consisted of 13nr detached and semi-detached dwellings:

• 10nr – 3-bedroom properties
•   3nr – 2-bedroom properties

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works; new pedestrian way linking the main street to the school and playground.
